The note that i sent was folded on itself a few times and it wasnt until i spoke with the recipient that they searched for the note and found it. maybe it would be better on a seprate card or something. otherwise i have no complaints, the flowers were fresh and vibrant and the delivery was great.

Flowers came out beautiful! They came earlier than ordered which was fine but I still received a phone call and an apology and an offer to resend the flowers again on the day of supposed delivery. The customer service was extraordinary and I really appreciated it! Thank you!

We always used Tate's when I was a kid. My brother did deliveries for them during holidays. When I left Arkansas, I continued have them deliver flowers to friends and relatives for me. I'd call the shop and put in an order and they'd get it where it needed to go. This was the first time I'd done an order online, and they did it just as well as they always have. They delivered to north Ft. Smith, exactly when they said they would, and a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Tate's, and Carl--who gave me a call as soon as he delivered them. Excellent service and product.
